Welcome to the electronic home of the recreated 4th Company of His Britannic Majesty King George III’s Brigade of Foot Guards serving in America during the Rebellion of 1775-1782. It is our mission to recreate the 4th Company as accurately as possible, in appearance and behavior, in order to educate the public about the true nature and history of the British Army in the American Colonies, and to honour the soldiers of the Brigade of Guards who so bravely did their duty for King and Country.

Headquartered in Virginia, the Company participates in annual events usually ranging from Pennsylvania to North Carolina. Membership as a "man-at-arms" is open to males over the age of 16 who are physically able to reenact the appearance and activities of a British soldier fighting in America. Musicians may apply at the age of 14, and parental participation in the unit is required for all minors. Women may join as camp followers.

The 4th Company is also a registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Donations and most costs associated with membership may be tax deductible.
